Great dealership, great service team, always friendly. Purchased my KIA Soul here and I have had all oil changes/service done at KIA Ocala. My Grandson likes the kids play area.

Your employees agreed that she seemed off but then they decided she was fine and sold her vehicle. She didn’t even know how to get key out of car when she got home so now car will not start. I spoke to Tim Juan and Ryan at the dealership. My aunt said they told her she was rich and she should buy car and added a bunch of warranties. She was hospitalized a couple days after the car purchase with dementia and didn’t know who she was. This is a very bad situation. Juan said she seemed eccentric and had very bad hygiene but he felt she was ok to make such a decision. Is Juan a doctor???? I have contacted Kia finance and Kia corporate and council on aging in Marion County. Ryan wanted me to come in to watch tapes to see her behavior but I was only in Ocala a few days and we had a lot to do cleaning her house and getting her settled in nursing home. This is a very upsetting situation for our family.
