We were under a time crunch & I had met my daughter in Ocala to help resolve a much needed replacement vehicle. Service was prompt, priced reasonably, staff was friendly, wonderful waiting area. Callie Zimmerman is the best. She explained everything in detail and kept us informed as we waited. I came in just for service and after looking at the new cars and talking with Tim (salesman) I decided to trade in my 2016 for a new 2019. Very similar in features but with new safety features and a different color. I love the new car and I feel even safer driving the 2019. My insurance went down also so I break even on my payments for the new car.
