Welcoming, timely, personable, thorough...met my expectations and appreciated the warm/friendly attitude of all with whom I had contact. I have noticed a big difference with the move from the old to new location. Kudos to all!!!

Friendly and fast service

Came in without appointment because of flat tire. We were met by friendly employee who handle things very professionally. We were pressed for time because of a Dr. appointment, so he expedited our service.

Short and sweet

In and out pretty quick with a vibration noise. Chris was very attentive from the time I pulled in to the moment he called to tell me the problem was fixed.

I loved how knowledgeable they were about my Soul I had a few questions and concerns. Honestly I was freaking out lol but they put my mind at ease. I was so happy when they pointed out the charging station because I didn’t have to be the weirdo having to ask if I could borrow a charger for my dead iPhone while I waited. So thanks for everything guys did I really appreciated everything 😊😁👍🏼

The Best Deal Ever

Jamie Fielding at Jenkins KIA of Ocala, FL met us on the lot and promised my wife and I the "best deal we ever got from a car dealer." I smiled; I've been promised a great deal many times during my 72 years. We looked at the basic KIA and agreed we really did not need the high-end options we paid so much for prior to our retirement. Then, as we entered the showroom, my wife saw the 2018 maxed-out Limited Edition KIA Soul and shouted, "That's the car I want!" Before I could explain to my wife why that beautiful car was beyond our reach, Fielding said "Remember my promise? The best deal? Let's talk to my manager, Guy Rodas" Later that afternoon, as we drove our new car off the lot... THAT new car, Jamie Fielding saluted us, and we shouted, "We got the best deal EVER!"
