Service n Repair Exceptional

My service advisor Chris Hansen was expediant ,knolegable, and my car was done in less than half the time I expected with repair prices reasonable as are new car prices. I am considering buying a new but the one Ihave is kept in good running condition through thier shop . I feel that I can come for repair worry free .They keep you informed to nature of repair,reason ,and price.They are exceptional in that area.They also advise you how get the most for your money in preformance ,repair,and longetivity of your car with out ANY time consuming talk or pushing things on you. My family owned a service repair shop for years up north .I am knoledgable about service ,parts and repair so i know a quality shop and service advisor when I meet them and also when I dont. I would highly reccomend this kia establishment to buy your next car or have repair of any kind done and would not do this if i did not have expectations met.I use my car on my job daily not just for personal use . I cant afford problems financially or repair that is not done in a reasonable amount of time . They as well as service advisor Chris Hansen have met expectation on both my recent visits .i beleive in writing reccomendations and i do often for appliance and other companys and am honest about what i feel . THIS ASLO HELPS EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY DESERVE IT. Due to this some companys would not print what i wrote because I was not happy. In this instance i highly reccomend !

Kia Buying Experience

I found the individuals involved with the purchase of my new vehicle very accommodating and friendly. They were knowledgeable and, if I had any additional questions, they sought to find the answers for me without having to wait for a lengthy time period. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

New Facility

Personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Facility was very neat and clean. Refreshments and comfortable seats were also available along with brochures and magazines.

Upgrade

In many ways impressed with the new facilities. But then clean and new is always good. Particularly liked the large window looking out into the service area. This will go a long way toward satisfying customer curiosity. I had a service appointment but circumstances allowed me to arrive an hour early. It was not a problem for the staff. Time spent waiting for my service to be completed was appropriate.

In for service

Callie was great. She set us up in a loaner while some work was being done to our car, she kept us updated on the prognosis and repair that was needed. As for the service that we needed done I can not report on the service dept because my car was sent to another dealership. (We bought a used car that was not a kia)

Time flys

Went in for an oil change and came out with a 2018 Kia Soul!!! Didn't plan on a new car, but was worth it.

Excellent service and friendly staff

I love the new dealership. Customer friendly and the staff is welcoming and helpful with any questions. It was a pleasure doing business here. Mike Ferrari was great to work with. He also helped me with a warranty problem with my back bumper. Will recommend thisdealership to friends ready to purchase a new Kia in the future.
