auto purchase

buying process is never fun,overall it was ok a few charges were put on the initial quote that i was not happy with and later they were all dropped and i was satisified.i just thought paying for mud guards that were standard on the car and floor mats was not to cool .but the salesman mr romero was very nice and did his best to help me.

Great Experience

At Jenkin's KIA, I experienced no hassle buying, no pressure, everyone friendly and they were fast and polite. The dealership building looked clean and well kept.

New car purchase

The salesman was great, very informative and helpful. The negotiating part with finance was very frustrating. Once a monthly payment was agreed upon and a down payment (after several hours) someone named Edwin came over to tell me the payment would be higher so I told him to forget the whole deal and he quickly accepted what I agreed to. The entire day was too long from 10 am to 3:15 to buy a car.

purchase of new vehicle

Took entirely too long to make this purchase. Was in the dealership from 10 am until 3:15 p.m. After agreeing on a monthly payment and down payment after multiply tries to get what we could afford, another "manager" came back and wanted more down payment. When I told him to forget the whole deal he gave us what we agreed upon. The salesman was great but when you get to the financing part? do not like.

I waited a reasonable amount of time for the service of oil change and tire rotation and engine inspection. The waiting area was pleasant and well maintained

Great friendly service

Very friendly in the service department, comfortable waiting area, reasonable time for service to be done, price was very good also, even got a coupon for a free car wash at Soapy's
