Excellent

Because the staff was very polite and friendly. We were pleased with the salesmen that showed us the car we have leased. We appreciated the way we we're treated at the time of the visit.

Honest and Excellent, my first review of a dealership

I purchased a used Mitsubishi from Steve Ramunno at Jenkins Kia. I purchased the car from the other side of the country and trusted that everything would be as described and in excellent working order, they delivered and disclosed as much information as possible and made me a satisfied customer. I have had terrible experiences at local dealers in the past but this was a refreshing change.

Buying a car

We really weren't looking to buy a car, but we were approached by a salesman. He spoke with my husband on the day our car was being serviced. We went back the next day, and left with a new car.

Purchase of 2018 Optima.

Salesman was Steve Ramunno. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all the features of the car and how to operate them before I left dealership. Very pleasent experience.

Numbers are Numbers

WE got hooked up with Oscar Martinez who made us feel right at home right off the bat. We went over our situation with him and he thought he had a better plan he thought would be better for us and if we would mind if he asked Mike to explain some numbers to us for which he did. Well Oscars plan was a winner for us and Mikes numbers were very easy to understand. Oscar and the rest of the staff did a great job and because of them we have a new car which my wife loves by the way. Thanks Don Scott.

We were greeted with a smile. Chris Hansen explained exactly what services needed to be done, including a recall. He made us feel very comfortable. The service was done promptly and we felt very comfortable that we were in great hands.

Outstanding

Out standing customer service as well as overall attention to detail. excellent repair work and in reasonable time. New facility is top-notch ,easy to get around and very comfortable. Callie Zimmerman is my hero, she is a keeper. She is very good at explaining the details of work needed and/or what will be performed. Great follow-up with phone calls and keeping her customers updated on their vehicles. Will keep buying Kia's , not only because they are great cars, but mostly because of the service we have received here.
