Service Advisor set up the appointment to meet my needs. Then when I got to the dealership Mike explained both repairs (recalls) and hole long it would take. Repairs were done a little faster than expected. Mike was knowledgeable and personable. He made the visit a good one. Only complaint is that when I got home the car dripped a fairly large puddle of oil on my garage floor. It would have been better if the mechanic had wiped the oil off of the frame before I took the car.

Having purchased our Kia at a dealership in another county we were happy to find that our closest dealer Jenkins Kia of Ocala has finished a new customer facility, service area and expansive sales lot. It is truly an impressive facility. The waiting room is slightly congested but certainly better than what existed at the prior location. We rolled in to the service area on a scheduled appointment, were met by friendly staff and were advised that the scheduled advisor was not in due to a health care appointment. Our reassigned service advisor quickly took our information, gave us an estimated time of completion, we were escorted around the new showroom and introduced to a friendly sales/leasing representative Jamie Fielding struck up a conversation based on a logo on my hat. It was not a sales pitch. Mike Ferrari and the other's involved in our visit were pleasant, friendly, engaging, and thorough in the detail provided. The work was performed quickly and to our satisfaction. We will both return and recommend the dealership. Well done.
