I bring my car in for regular oil changes and Mike F always makes sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner and always done right. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is happy to help out. I love all of the people working in the service department. Haven't had a bad experience yet. We walked into Jenkins Kia of Ocala to purchase a Sportage. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great group of people to work with from the receptionist at the front desk to management and Finance. We will be back.

We were given an estimate on both the price as well as the length of time. They were right on for both estimates! The facility has many amenities for those waiting. The people we dealt with were very friendly in both the service department as well as the cashier! It was a very good experience.

I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fernando, Daniel and Guy at Jenkins in Ocala. I got exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made my car buying experience as stress free as possible. I was fortunate enough to have help from the sister store Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg, as this was the actual location of the vehicle. In Leesburg we were helped by Jean and another staff member. This is the 3rd car I have bought from a Jenkins dealership.

I love going to Kia they are always very friendly and show that they really care about their customers. I always try to work with Callie as she is super sweet and makes sure your car is taken care of while in the dealerships care.
