Write a reviewBE VERY AWARE!!!!!! Initially priced Hyundai Sonata at $7,995 and learned that was the suggested down payment. Dealership representative even asked me, “where did you see the $7k number?” I shared the screenshot. Then she says that the actual cost was $14k+. When asked if they would negotiate for their mistake, they then rose the price to $19k. All of this is via text message.

I purchase a truck there 3 months ago in that time I spent $4,663 in repairs the truck is a complete rust bucket underneath the lines are rusting through the back of the truck you can't even stand in it I should have checked better if you purchase a four-wheel drive truck have them put it up in the air so you can see all four wheels spin who would think a four-wheel drive truck doesn't have four wheel drive.

Worst experience ever, don’t purchase. After the sale there is no customer service, I can’t even get my plate.

The buying process in the beginning was all good but once you buy your car, don’t ever call the dealership again they are not helpful and are very rude wasn’t until 3000 miles into driving the vehicle. The problems started every bit of work there mechanic shop Finkell automotive did took a xxxx let it be the blower motor relay caused wiring fire , whole front end ball joints, and control, arms took a xxxx and the relay for starter wiring fire but the xxxxxxxx warranty they sold me didn’t really cover xxxx I told them the main things I needed covered in a warranty and they sold me a warranty that didn’t cover those items. I went to this place with a problem vehicle to get a reliable vehicle, and they ended up selling me another problem vehicle that is nothing but a money pit I would never ever buy a vehicle or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place I thought right way automotive was bad and I bought three vehicles from them before I decided never to deal with them Newcombs auto sales is the same stay away

If you have bad credit Newcomb Auto is the dealership for you. They have an amazing program that will help you build your credit within 2yrs or less. I’m very happy with my car and looking forward to building a great relationship with them in the future

Bad customer service. Please avoid them. They wasted my time and money. They don't know how to talk to people in the right way. They tried to sell other vehicles.

I went to Newcomb's to purchase a vehicle that was listed for $8,900. They showed me the vehicle, I test drove it, everything went well and so I went on to make the deal with them. Rick went over the financial aspects of the deal and I noticed that I was being charged 12,250 for the car. When I asked why he told me that because I was financing through Credit Acceptance, they wanted to charge me more for the vehicle. Stupidly I believed him and signed the contract and left. After I got home I went over it with a few friends who ultimately told me I got screwed, and so I also went to a lawyer. After reading through the contract we found, on Page 1 Paragraph 2, of the Credit Acceptance Corp. Disclosure form, that the dealership was not allowed to quote me a lower cash price ($8,600) which they did, and not allowed to raise said price if I chose to finance through CAC, which they did. They raised the Principal price of the vehicle by nearly 4000 dollars and told me it wasn't their fault, but really it was 100%. They were charging me more because CAC charges them a fee and they were making their money back through me, which is in violation of the disclosure form. Luckily, after complaining they unwound my contract, not without Rick telling me, "you don't understand this and I wouldn't expect you to because you know nothing about this". Even though it says right there in their own contract that what he did wasn't allowed. I'm only making this review (since my contract was undone) to serve as a warning for future buyers, do not let Rick harass you into believing CAC wants to charge you more for the car, that's in violation of their own contract. The principal of the car should be what the vehicle was listed for as soon as you entered the dealership, unless negotiated to a new price. Also to anyone who has bought a vehicle here and was charged a higher than quoted "cash price" of the car, if you can find proof of the listing at a lower price than what was charged in the contract, you may be able to contact CAC and notify them. If you do this there's a chance they will charge the dealership dollar for dollar what the up-charge was. Also make sure you read everything because they will breathe down your neck and rush you into signing.
