The worst experience I’ve had in over fifty years of car

The worst experience I’ve had in over fifty years of car buying. It took a week to get to a sales manager after being lied to by a salesman constantly. The salesman would say he would call me back in a couple of minutes and never called or the car was with the mechanic for various reasons. When I finally got to a supposedly manager I Explained that I already had financing which the salesman knew of the price of the vehicle went from $25000 to over $31000 with extras that were not mentioned in the description. One example would be a mandatory LoJack charge of &2900. I don’t understand how or why I was so disrespected by this dealership. I do know I’ll never do business with Prime motors.

The worst dealership I've ever been to.

The worst dealership I've ever been to. The salesman acted as if I owed him something and carried himself as an arrogant A hole. His car I Q was zero and the whole time he was scrolling on his phone as if he was a kid instead of businessman trying to sell me a car. The car I wanted to purchase was 68000 and he acted as if I couldn't afford it . I asked to take the car fo a test drive he said not unless I'm going to buy it. At this point I took it as stereotypical profiling. The car was a mercedes and I told the guy that the car was in a accident which he replied that no it wasn't. I told the buffoon that the car said it was in an accident and displayed it on the screen. I went there in a good mood and left angry and I drove an hour and a half to go through that. I would give them a zero if I could. Trust me don't waste your time find another dealer

I drove 3 hours to get the car and it was not a bad deal

I drove 3 hours to get the car and it was not a bad deal and they got me approved so that is definitely a plus but the car barely made it home I don’t know how it passed safety inspection car needs a new passages side caliber front brakes and suspension all the way around rear sway bar I know the car is used but 1500 just to make her road worthy is crazy

Im so done with this place!

Im so done with this place! First of all, they sold me a car with an oil leak!...i drove it all the way back home 3 hours away, called them a couple weeks later to ask them to fix it. Everyday I called they said "we're busy" and asked me to call another day. Then, when I finally get in touch with Alberto, he says he'll call me back, twice, and never did. He said he would schedule me with the maintenance shop to get it fixed, and never actually did. One guy even had the nerve to say, "oh! We'll buy it back from you, for a lesser price"... Scam! Now, im waiting for them to mail me the title so I can register it with my bank, and guess what... they never sent it! I call the office again and no one answers the correct line. I call the sales department, and once again, some freaking salesman tells me "were busy". He said "were busy helping costumers"...like im not still a costumer! Seriously, this shop is soooo unprofessional! I'm overwhelmed, I'm frustrated. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and skip them.
