I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on January 9th.

I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on January 9th. Before leaving the lot I noticed that I had an error message reading “gascap”. Diab told me it was because the gas cap was loose. On my way home, 1.5 hours away, the car stopped. Funny for that repair Alberto sent me a cashapp to cover the needed repair. Ever since I have had nothing but issues. And it only has 88165 miles on it…something is fishy. I will definitely be seeking a lawyer.

My husband purchased a Hyundai sonata on 3/12/2025 from

My husband purchased a Hyundai sonata on 3/12/2025 from prime motors signed the paperwork around 1pm he drove the car home and before 4pm the check engine light came on. They will not take the car back. We paid for the car in cash so it’s not refundable where as If you finance the car you have 24 hours to return the vehicle. 3 hours. Tough xxxx. Not their problem. I was hung up on multiple times trying to speak to the manager. We took the car to our mechanic who we trust. $600 for the repairs. Roberto who sold us the car said “I’d expect nothing less for an 11 year old car”. He said we could bring the car back and run their own diagnostics on the car and repair what “their” diagnostics say is wrong. To be perfectly honest I don’t trust them to touch the car again. With the amount of disrespect I wouldn’t be surprised if they made it worse. We got scammed. Congratulations manny on your sale of a broken vehicle to a family that was just trying to buy a dependable vehicle. 0/10 do not reccomend.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID AT ALL COST! The bad reviews are honest... You've been warned! As many of the 1-star reviews stated: There are a slew of maintenance issues with these cars. Also, they are ABSOLUTELY falsely advertising their vehicles then price gouging with THOUSANDS of dollars of frivolous hidden fees which took a 2015 VW Passat from $5,950 to well over $11k !?!?!?!?!? Basically DOUBLING the price?? Of course they don’t tell you this “new” number AND they want a 1k downpayment on top of all the nonsense hidden fees! All of it is insane!!!! This proves they are fraudulent SHARKS who only wish to line their pockets! Last and certainly the most shady - they LIED about Capital One approving my auto loan! C1 DID actually approve it, but Alberto told me the loan was denied - a complete LIE (which there is record of) and is ILLEGAL! He then proceeded to try with another bank before even informing me of this "denial", though I did NOT authorize a second credit pull! Which, again, was completely unnecessary anyway since it *was* actually approved the first time with Capital One!!!! The whole point of me coming to this place is their "partnership" with Capital One, but once I detail Prime Motors' lies, shady and ILLEGAL practices, my hope is C1 will drop them ASAP!! I'll add the CFPB, FTC, and the BBB to that list too. BUYER BEWARE!

do not go there; it's a scam They will rush u and make u sign the paper work and make u wait and make meet the manager and the manager is going to pull paper work and rush u to sign and you're going to fall into the trap

Worst place to come to if you’re in a position where you

Worst place to come to if you’re in a position where you have bad credit or want a car fast. Yes, this place accepts and negotiates any type of credit and down payment as well. First, I thought it was great idea coming to this spot especially when I needed a car fast, had cash as down payment ready and most dealerships rejected me and kept ruining my credit score. I came got the 2016 Volkswagen, after a week I took it to emissions and first thing they say is that the factory light was reseted, I got a car that already had came with problems. I kept it only because I thought it was fixable. After a month of using it problems started to come, the dashboard kept telling me the oil level was low, I maintained more oil and was discolored even if I changed it. Now another month passes by, had it changed and kept going in and out my mechanic getting it fixed a lot. But, all of a sudden I start the car went only 2 blocks down my job and it automatically stopped. Even with a jumpstart many possible attempts to restart it again, it did not turn on. The battery was great it was at 13 but never turned on after many attempts. Please do not make the same mistake I did, I was vulnerable especially a female, didn’t know much. Got to excited for a short amount of experience and so many payments that I had to do for the car when it lasted for so little.

I went to Prime Motors LLC to buy a Monte Carlo they told

I went to Prime Motors LLC to buy a Monte Carlo they told me the price was 10k I signed most the paperwork but the car wasn't inspected so I couldn't take it when I found out the put 15.9k on the paperwork I stopped the sale before the finance company finalized it and now they are trying to keep my 4k down payment I tried to work with them even after the car went down to 10.9k on their site they told me I would be charged no less than 13.9k take it or forfeit my 4k
