Just purchased a Mazda cx50 from Island Mazda on Hylan blvd and they are a fantastic auto group. Everyone at the showroom made us feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure us as other dealers do to intimidate you. This dealer is aiming to please and are more than fair and are willing to negotiate with you and give you what you ask for. We first met with the salesman Raheem who gave us our space and information to help our decision. Then Efrain another manager was helpful and tried to negotiate our price we were looking for They truly aim to please and give you the best possible deal they can. And oh the finance manager Joe gave us a break on additional coverage and we are very happy with the whole process. Thank you everyone who made our car purchase a huge success I would definitely recommend island Mazda if you looking for a beautiful moderately priced reliable vehicle at a very professional and nice dealership! I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. He provided me with all the pricing information as requested, without all the typical car dealership nonsense. He even responded to my emails sent to Island Mazda while recovering from serious surgery. Steve made sure that when it was time for me to pick up the car that another salesman would be available to take me through the car and answer all my questions. Picking up the car went smoothly, without issue. Highly recommend, Steve, Nick and Tim at Island Mazda.

No response for my inquiry. I am very disappointed and I bought a car from other dealer.

This is now the second time my daughter brought her Mazda 3 in for service, which included an oil change, full inspection and rotating of tires. Second time she has left this dealership with her low air pressure light coming on. She had to add air. What the heck did they do? Done with this garbage service.

Great experience thanks to Mr. Israel Alcivar. Greeted me at the door smiling behind the mask. He was Respectful, Friendly, Polite and very knowledgeable. The dealership was Mint, Vehicles were Gleaming. We zeroed in on the all New CX30 Select Trim Line. Wait till ISRAEL tells you about all the safety features that are in this CX30. 2.5 4 cyl. AWD Tremendous Screen that does not impair your vision. He was so attentive, I couldn’t believe this man. Mazda is lucky to have such a dedicated consultant, strike that: Sales Manager. No back and forth he listened intently and agreed to a deal that was incredible in my eyes. He changed my plates from my expired lease to my New Deep Crystal Blue Mica CX-30. Soon after that I had my New ID cards. Signed the contract. Taught me all the features of my new vehicle and I was on the road. What a pleasant experience. Mazda I was in Management for 40 years, now retired. MAZDA recognize this asset and Promote this man to General Manager, he will train your consultants, Sales Managers on how to please your customers. Don’t lose him to a different company, he will be hard to replace. Thank you so much Mr. Israel Alcivar you should be proud of yourself. Sales and financing was very easy, especially for Costco member. Prices are great, able to test drive my desired car without problems. No hassle with vehicle price. If there is something that can be improved that would be parking. Parking is a little bit difficult.

It was great even during the pandemic. Island Mazda had appointments and were smooth during taking and delivering the vehicle back

Organized and service was quickly done!! Thanks for the car wash also!! Would definitely recommend to friends. Service people were very nice.
