No fuss, no muss.

No fuss, no muss...very start to finish as promised. Easy to work with. I purchased my vehicle here at NW Chevrolet. And about a year later developed an intermittent false alert issue. (It turned out to be an electrical issue.) But since the distance was about an hour of travel I decided to take my vehicle to another Chevy dealer closer to home. Well long story short they spent over a year of "swapping parts out" with my vehicle in/out of their shop. (They even consulted GMs regional expert tech.) Finally I took it back to NW Chevrolet (who by the way has a gr8 electrical guy) where they did "proper troubleshooting" and figured out the "root problem" within a day or two. It took longer to wait for the parts. It's been all good since over... bottom line NW Chevy has gr8, experienced technicians. Only problem I have is no shuttle service or Uber service.

Customer service was very easy to get along with.

Customer service was very easy to get along with. Elijah and Liz were not pushy on getting me in to purchase from them. Gave me top dollar for my trade in towards a new vehicle. Finance department was amazing as well.

the crew went way above water on this one.

the crew went way above water on this one. pretty much thought I was going to have to park the truck for a while because of parts availability. part came in I was out of town Chris called and arranged to have the truck picked up and fixed. Thank you Chris and the whole crew

When I first pulled in, Eli greeted me and I promptly told him I was just looking, not buying. He gave me his card and told me to look around and if I needed anything to come in and ask for him. The fact that he gave me the time, on my own, to look around was refreshing. Most lots you have someone dogging you every step trying to sell you everything under the sun. I appreciated being given the time to just "look" without any pressure.

My 2021 C8 Corvette had been having an ongoing issue for

My 2021 C8 Corvette had been having an ongoing issue for over a year. It was being worked on by the dealer in Federal Way, WA because it was closer to my home. GM even brought in their "regional service technician" and still the problem persisted. Finally Jamie (svc mgr) from NW Chevy in McKenna, WA was tasked to work this persistent issue. Within a day or so her team was able to isolate the problem by doing some good ole fashion troubleshooting. Soon after receiving the part(s) i got my Sebring Orange C8 back and so far after putting 50 miles or so on it, no problems. (With winter arriving I have not driven my C8.) Once spring and better weather arrives i will put more miles on it. I am very confident that Jamie and her crew corrected the "false" front trunk open (short circuit error code) alarm. And I won't have to have GM replace my C8 Corvette! Mahalo to Jamie and her crew...GM needs to reward her and her crew with a bonus of some kind, a big one!
