Great Service

Didn’t have to wait long . Nice to have the option to a get loaner. Comfortable area to wait in with snacks and drinks available.

Great all around experience!

Everyone there that I have dealt with takes great pride in being associated with the Subaru brand. If you are in the market for a Subaru product, I would highly recommend Bob Moore Subaru.

Unsatisfied pt 67

Brought my car in for a strange noise and at first they admitted to hearing the noise and then when I brought my car back they said nothing was wrong with it but because my car had aftermarket exhaust and coilovers they refused to further diagnose issue. After leaving Bob Moore I went to Hudiburg Subaru where they were able to locate and fix issue that Bob Moore wouldn’t correct. Lack of knowledge on Subaru parts will keep me from returning. The issue was that the dealership installed short throw shifter was missing a few parts. Nothing to do with exhaust or coils yet there was a refusal to have the car worked on. Mark Weiner also mentioned to me that the employees working on the car didn’t get paid a dime as if I write their checks. I paid for the warranties on the car and if Bob Moore doesn’t pay their employees for working on a car with warranties sounds like a dealership problem, not a problem that should involve customers. Would still not recommend this dealership.

Recall and oil change

Again, oil filled above level on dipstick. Hisband has to remove some oil. This is the 2nd time ina row this hAppened. I submitted this same issue last time and obviuiusly nothing done aboit it.

Mr. Bush

Aaron Scott and Cell’s was excellent . Very friendly and very professional no pressure Brandon ALLISON in the service department did a wonderful job he is also a very professional person

Awesome Customer Service

Great experience. Customer service was awesome. I would recommend this dealership and purchase from them again. They are like a family with the pets running around the house.(they bring their dogs to work) awesome,

Service department is amazing

Brandon Allison service manager is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond every time I am in. Whether I drop off, or wait, they are very very efficient.

spilled tea

On my way to a meeting, I spilled my tea all over the console and seat. Made arrangements to have the car picked up and taken in for service. They did a great job and had the car ready after work.

Frustrating unhelpful very poor service

It was terrible service very unhelpful wanted to charge me before they did anything Before theylocated the problem I will not buy another Subaru when you buy something you want to have great service that’s what keeps you coming back and they have failed to do that I will not buy another one

Beware!

I was told I needed a new set of tires do to a nail. When I took it to a tire company they said there was no leak and no tires necessary!!! I've been driving on it for weeks with no problem since! When I called to tell Brandon about it he had nothing to say not even sorry!
