Carl is AMAZING...and that where the positive ends.

The sales manager with whom I had the displeasure of working-Gunnar?-was condescending and arrogant. He is the essence of what people mean when they speak poorly of "a used car salesman;" and he is a new car manager! Carl earned my respect, trust, and business; however, the manager lost my business for Bob Moore Subaru.

Great dealership!

Originally, we went to Bob Moore Subaru to test drive a car but it turned out to not be suited to us. We had already driven an Outback and Forester at another dealership in another state. So we focused our search on an Outback. Aaron Scott was so helpful over the next four weeks as we narrowed down what we wanted. Then we finally decided to get a new Outback, and we had several to choose from at Bob Moore, and Aaron was again very helpful: listening to us, accommodating our requests, then moving the buying process along once we settled on a car. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I guess we fell through the cracks

I already wrote a review saying how great Aaron was to work with, and how he went above and beyond to get us a great deal. I have not changed my opinion of Aaron at all; he has had no control over the issues we've faced. Since I originally leased my car on September 29, I have been given the runaround as to why I have had to resign my lease twice (it would be 3 times, but instead I am returning the car for a full refund). The first time I found out I had to resign my lease, I didn't even know until I was told by Chase they had no record of my leasing a vehicle. When I called the dealership, their reply was similar to "oh, yeah, by the way, your paperwork wasn't processed correctly". So, I resigned the lease, and made my payment. Two weeks later, I get a call from them saying it STILL wasn't processed correctly. By this point, my tags are two weeks expired, and I've already gotten pulled over once because of it. So, I resign the lease *again*, and make another payment. Now, almost 3 months since I initially leased the vehicle, I still have no tags, and Chase still doesn't know I have the car, because the lease was, yet again, processed incorrectly. I am returning the car, and getting every penny back I've paid them. Apparently, given the other reviews on this site, I am an exception. But, I don't plan on giving them a second chance. I've already given them three.

Everyone should buy a car from Chris at Bob Moore Subaru

I took my car in for service and I wasn't plannning on buying a car, even though I needed to. I drive a lot for work and Chris was very helpful and found the best car for me. He and the Finance team helped me and I highly recommend them!

Great Service!

These guys went above and beyond for us. Fixed things I forgot to tell them were wrong! They were also clear up front what the cost was going to be. I'd recommend them to anyone.

THE VERY BEST CAR SALESMAN IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA!!!!!

I would highly recommend to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle to go see Mr. Bob O'Bryant. This has been the easiest and most comfortable purchasing experience I have had with a salesperson. His dedication, patients and expertise won my trust. There was no question that Bob could not answer. I never felt pressured or undervalued as customer. Bought New Car

My salesman, Justin Mueller, was very patient with me. He was very knowledgeable about the Legacy, the car I was interested in. He assisted me even with getting my old car to company buying it. I appreciated his kindness. My overall buying experience was very good. Thanks to all who assisted.

Excellent Service, Very Professional

Stepped for on the lot and was very impressed. No pressure, friendly and courteous staff of professionals. Must mention Robert Davis for his quality of service and Joe from the finance dept. highly recommended. Just drove our new car off the lot. If the vehicle's quality is as good as these guys, we'll be back for another.

Good Service, good people

We did not buy car from them, but we changed our maintenance to them. The waiting room is always clean. People working there are all really polite and nice. They told me they treat their customer as family. They do. I brought my dog to the store twice, they gave my dog water and food. We will definitely stay with them.
