Our experience was GREAT.

We have dealt with Bob Moore Subaru and GMC locations. Both are above and beyond all other Dealerships we have dealt with. Robert Davis was able to answer all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with.

My Salesman & Financing Agent were GREAT!

I just purchased an Outback 2.5i Limited that I've been wanting for years. Michael Burnett (salesman) and Bob O'Bryant (finance) were knowledgeable, patient and showed concern for me, and my needs. Mark Wainner, in Service, (installation of body side mouldings) was also easy to contact and helpful. I highly recommend Bob Moore Subaru!

My Salesman was great

I really love my car. I think I got a reasonable deal and I had no issues with my salesman. He was patient and walked me through all the features on the car. Ivan was great ensuring that I received exactly what I wanted (and I was picky). My only complaint is that the finance guy (I can't remember his name) presented the extra warranties as an all in one package...In reality it was multiple and I wouldn't have bought all of them if that had been explained. However, even with this "hiccup" I'm happy and would go back.

Carl was very helpful and patient. He had an answer for every question I asked and if he didn't he brought the person who did have the answer to me. It took me a long time to finally make the decision but Carl helped me through every step of the process.

Positive experience

My overall experience was great. I called on a specific car and they had it pulled up to the door ready and waiting for me when I got there. I was able to drive anywhere. The staff was very personal and not pushy. Chris was a great salesman who seemed incredibly honest and transparent about everything. It was a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful Atmosphere and Sales Group

Never felt pressured, not pushy, and not rude. I'd definitely return to Bob Moore Subaru again. The team was very laid back, very knowledgeable and didn't try to "sell" me a car once. They let us make our decision without the obvious tricks you see at other dealers. Dealt with Chris Casey for sales and Jason Webb for finance and they were both amazing. Thanks guys!

Impressive Customer service/hospitality

Approached by an informed salesman on product knowledge. Hospitality to not only myself but my 80 year old Mother that came along for the ride... The color of car/package that I wanted was not available at this dealership, and arrangements were made to have one brought in. Easiest car purchase I have ever made. Upon delivery of car, I was oriented to my new ride and on my way. Eager to see how the service maintenance is handled. I am sure I won't be disappointed if the above is any way to predict satisfaction.

Awesome experience.

Sale more important than customer

I was working with Aaron Scott to buy a car. We had numbers set and I was in the middle of the paperwork with the bank. The manager sent me over paperwork with final numbers. When the dealer Aaron called me he said they sold the car that morning and he was sorry. I did not offer full price but he did not give me the decency to call and ask if I would pay more they just sold it from under me. They are more worried about the sale than the customer. Be wary with them. The manager was completely unaware they sold the car from under me and was very apologetic. The salesman didn't seem to care.
