The car was a mess not clean and still fixing it. We had to wait 20 minutes even though they knew I was going to see it, drove 1 hour. So disappointed never a in that dealer.

Mark Malek was extremely helpful in my cargo van purchase. As a female buying a cargo van I felt comfortable and not pressured. Mark was professional and didn’t give me the run around. Will def be going back should I need another in the future.

Sold me a van with No Vin # on it, Called several times with no answer or promised call back. I WOULD BOT BUY from this dealer. They act as though oh no big deal, We'll yes a missing Vin # is a HUGE DEAL! Very poor Service! Im reporting them to FTC and BBB!

Avoid this dealership if you value your time. I drove a long distance after being assured the vehicle I wanted was ready and available, only to arrive and find out it wasn’t. Instead of being honest upfront, the staff immediately started pushing me toward more expensive vehicles “since I was already there.” It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic and a complete waste of my time and travel. Very disappointing experience and not the kind of business practice I’d trust when making a major purchase.

My partner and I came in to buy a van. The salesman recommended a Ram Sprinter Van. Fortunately, we didn’t have enough cash on us for a deposit because as we were leaving another customer came in. This customer was paying cash and I heard this same salesman recommend he should buy a Ford because after 100k miles the Rams run into problems. This is why I walk with AirPods in my ears because people tend to think you aren’t paying attention. Therefore once I got the remaining deposit from the bank we took our business elsewhere. They don’t treat all customers the same.
