Run don't walk!
Do not purchase a snack from this dealership! Meaning run don't walk out of there! Shady business practices is an understatement. Trust the bad reviews!
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Went to look at a truck and inquired about a possible trade in. Price they were offering was a joke, $10,000 under NADA. Go somewhere else.
please listen to the BAD reviews. This is your typical sleazy dealership! . FRAUD - this “dealership” is why dealerships get a bad name! They charge you $5k more for the care and add a bunch of their “bread and butter” charges. When, not if, you have a problem the manager Juan Bell will be aggressive and a bully and will not sort your problem out. I was forced to get a lawyer, the people are too aggressive to work with. STAY AWAY!
Bait and Switch - $$$$$ in fees added to price
Stay away! As others have pointed out, the price they advertise is not even remotely close to the actual price. I went in to look at an F150 advertised at $30,999 the real price was almost $40,000. They add THOUSANDS in misc. "fees" to the price. BAIT AND SWITCH a complete waste of my time to go there.
Great sales men and great dealership with tons of
I was scrolling through Instagram and came across Martin Saldana he works at Car revolution as a sales men. Went over to the dealership and came across Martin excellent sales men helped me out in finding the right car for me highly recommend checking this place out and having Martin help out pick a car for you liking 👍
Awesomeeee Customer Service
Martin was very helpful in helping me find a car. He literally read my mind. The more I spoke he was able to break down detail for detail.
Walked in and was greeted by nice people. Nice staff inside the dealership too. Especially Martin, he showed me the best deals and I was able to make a easy selection with the cars they provide, thank you guys!
I purchased a cargo van on 8/4/22 from Car Revolution in NJ. My NJ temp plate expired on 9/2/22. I still have not received my PA registration. On August 29 I received an email that says, Good Morning , we paid taxes for the state that you are registering for, which I believe was Pa. We usually FedEx the plates for out of states. In response, I asked the dealership to give me the FedEx tracking number. I have not received any more responses to my inquiries. On September 2, I received a text message from Salesperson Kuran Hicks (Ron) stating that the dealership said PennDot (DMV) needed proof that I am authorized to sign for my LLC (Business) to receive a registration. I sent proof. On 9/12/22 I spoke to Mark Jones of PennDot (DMV) 717-412-5300. He told me that there is presently no information pertaining to my business PATSEN LLC or the VIN # of my vehicle purchased from Car Revolution. In other words, no registration or plate is presently in the process of being issued. My cargo van has been parked since September 2 due to expired registration. Every day that my cargo van sits is a day that I can not make money. I am no longer receiving direct response from the dealership. I am only receiving response from Salesperson Kuran Hicks via text message. All this in addition to fact that the online price was not honored. It was the classic bait and switch the price.
Terrible - Zero out of 5 stars
Same ! BS Charges - By the time they were done they found another $10,000 in charges - $6,500 for "certification , etching & monitoring" Laughable - place was empty with 100 cars on the lot. Most dealers can't fill all their spots this guy has nowhere to park - Why ? NOBODY IS BUYING THEY'RE ALL WALKING OUT
Beware of BS charges
I was recently in contact with this dealer and they wanted to tack on an additional 10K on the car in fees that they couldn’t really explain. At 67 I’ve seen a few tricks but what there trying to do takes your breath.
