Stopped into Burdick Lexus to test drive a new vehicle. Will Hawkins was my salesman, and he was outstanding. I had not quite decided on what I wanted, but the Lexus experience with Will Hawkins made the decision easy. It was going to be a Lexus! We ordered my car and the delivery from the manufacturer was quite fast. Will spent several hours teaching me the features of my new UX250h. Customer service at Burdick is outstanding!

I traveled from Philadelphia, PA this weekend visiting my daughter in Syracuse. The rear window broke and was not closing. I woke up this morning and found the closest Lexus dealership. I arrived when they opened. I was immediately greeted warmly by two young men in the service department. I explained my situation and concerns traveling back to Philadelphia with a broken window. They took my car into service right away and determined the motor was broke. We all agreed I needed a quick fix and decided to plastic wrap the window. After 30 minutes the mechanic pulled around with my car and the window was back up and secure. He went above and beyond the quick fix we originally agreed on. The service department did not charge me and even filled my tires with air to insure a safe trip back home. I am forever grateful to Burdick Lexus and they are a fine example of excellent customer service!! Sincerely, T. Horan

Great car buying experience (and I have had many years of buying cars). Debra was wonderful and knowledgeable. Terrific dealership. Only problem after buying the car is that they didn’t tighten the wires on the battery electrodes during the certification process and the car dies twice before I discovered the problem. Quickly fixed and everything else was fine
