Great Service

Oil change and inspection scheduled. Great service every time! Steve was a big help explaining what was needed. Timely and efficient environment was appreciated, too.

We were welcomed immediately into the Harper dealership

We were welcomed immediately into the Harper dealership by a nice young man. Our sales lady was Rachel Hopper. She got us a water and we proceeded to discuss our car. Rachel is very friendly and very low pressure. We would definitely visit this dealership again!!

Nice folks and competent service.

I have nothing but praise for these folks and their dealership. They are helpful and attentive to their customers and go over and above to make them comfortable. They provided me a loaner car for a couple of days until my car was finished and ready for pickup, even though I live three hours away in Kentucky. Nice and competent bunch of folks. Good service.

Buying a car on line can be scary.

Buying a car on line can be scary. Not with Harper Audi! Rachael made it easy. She sent videos of the car. She was very responsive to questions. I drove 5 hours to get the car. She had someone to pick me up from the rental car office. She had the car ready as well as the paperwork. The car was exactly what we expected. I would recommend Harper Audi and Rachael!

Harper Auto Lives Up to it’s Excellent Reputation

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Harper Audi working with our sales associate, Dustin, in the selection and purchase of a leased car. Dustin was knowledgeable, attentive to our preferences, professional and yet personable as were the sales and business managers. Moreover, our sales associate was quite efficient in effectively demonstrating the operation of the vehicle and its advanced technology.
