Vince and the entire Harper team know their product...

Vince and the entire Harper team know their product inside and out. They are all extremely friendly and prefer to load their customers up with practical/useful information rather than keeping the pressure cranked up and make you sit down and wait four hours each time you have a little curiosity about a different or newer car. So many dealers try to keep you in their store until you say I give, honey write him/her a check so we can get out of this place. No one will feel that way with Vince Neely or Harpers ever.

I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 with hail damage last year. The customer service at Harper's was fantastic and they offered me a great deal on the new Audi. The only downside was the actual estimates I received when I got home for repairing the hail damage. At the dealer, we thought the damage was around $2500. It looks like I'm going to have to pay around $5,000. I've received some estimates as high at $7,000. To help resolve this situation, Harper's is working with me to find a reputable PDR company to repair it for the price we thought originally. I love my Audi and the opp to purchase a high end vehicle at a discount price. Matt

Exceptional people with a terrific product. We are Porsche people, and we enjoy doing business with Chris And Shannon. Even when we are not Actively looking for a new Porsche we enjoy looking around the showroom.

I purchased a Q5 for my wife from Chris Shore in 2010. He was very professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. I felt well cared for, honestly treated and would do business with him again. I have referred several people to him and my neighbor bought an A7 from him. I also had a service recall that went very well except when the oil was changed the oil filter wasn't properly torqued and leaked oil on my way home. Other than that I was provided a loaner, again well treated, etc.

My household has purchased four cars from The Harper Dealership. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Joey Collins is very personable, dependable, and knowledgeable. I used to hate the process of car buying but Joey Collins makes it enjoyable. Joey Collins and everyone at Harper provide a level of customer service that is far above any other dealership I have encountered. I am a very happy Harper customer. Honestly, I can't imagine buying a car from anyone other than Joey Collins and Harper Dealership.

Hands down my best car buying experience was at Harper’s...

Hands down my best car buying experience was at Harper’s Audi May, 2012. Harpers brought their A game in every aspect of the process. At the age of 52 I have purchased, leased and traded numerous cars, usually of the luxury variety. Never have I been more impressed. From the initial contact with Shannon Harper, the decision making with Joey Collins, my salesman, to the last encounter with Dickie Jones I was blown away with how knowledgeable and seamless the purchase proved to be. Not only did I end up with the perfect car, they handled the sale of my car and executed all the complicated details of registering the car in another state. Harper’s Audi and the people who work there are honest, trustworthy and have the customer’s best interest in mind. It is clear that they want repeat customers and I for one am sold. Contacted Oscar by phone as the "perfect color and...

Contacted Oscar by phone as the "perfect color and car" were found. When we arrived talked with Chris(325miles later). We purchased it. 2011 Porsche, one year ago. Very easy transaction and what nice people to deal with. We absolutely love the car and have had no problems with it. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and we would return again if looking for another.
