Grappone Mazda

I went to so many different dealers to find my first car. Grappone was the last dealership I went to but I wish it was the first. If you want to be treated like a person and not talked down to. Come here! I felt excited and wanted to do business, since I didn’t feel like I was being targeted or lied too. I worked with Miasar, he was so great! He worked very smoothly and kindly. I would recommend him over and over! He isn’t the typical “salesman” that makes you feel like you know nothing and are being robbed of your money. I recommend him and this place! Their work ethic is amazing, even Carol who does the paperwork was an angel on earth and made my life so easy! I would come back in a heartbeat!

After expressing an online interest in a vehicle, I received a very prompt response. They were very flexible scheduling a test drive, to make it convenient for me. All of the staff are very friendly.

Excellent experience. We were greeted immediately, the sales rep listened to our explanation that we did not know which of 3 cars interested us. He went over all 3 with comparisons. The test drive was excellent with detailed explanation of features. After going through numbers and trade details we left with paperwork containing crystal clear explanation of how to wire purchase price. Pickup experience was also excellent with clear paperwork, scheduling of 1st service appointment and generous time in the car connecting the phone and going over how to customize various settings.

The process was easy and it was low to no pressure. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions. Pricing was fair too.

I had gone to two other dealerships before walking into grappone Mazda. The first deal ship didn't even greet as I walked around the whole building. The second dealership didn't put any effort into finding out what I needed. Grappone Mazda was professional, friendly and listened to what needed. I couldn't be more pleased.
