What a great experience! No pressure, excellent conversations about what I needed – not what the dealership was trying to push that month, which is what happens at nearly all dealerships. My sales person acted more like a consultant, learning what my preferences and needs were before offering any suggestions. I received full market value for my trade-in as well. No come-ons, no gimmicks, no pressure whatsoever – I can't imagine buying a car elsewhere from now on.
