From the first time I took my car to Habberstad Mini, I

From the first time I took my car to Habberstad Mini, I must say that I have been extremely happy with the service that I have received. This from both a Customer Service aspect, as well as the quality of the work that was performed on my car. Scheduling an appointment to leaving after having my car serviced, I could not have been more satisfied. Each person I interacted with was very courteous, professional, friendly and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured. My Service Advisor, Wendi Berke, was outstanding. She made it a point to update me each day on the status of my car. Whether it was waiting for a part or speaking with the warranty company, I was kept abreast of what was happening. Habberstad Mini is definitely the “Gold Standard” in Customer Service. This includes the quality of the work that is provided as well as staff interaction. And this is from someone who use to take their car to New Jersey to get high quality and Gold Standard Customer Service. I would absolutely and highly recommend Habberstad Mini to anyone that has a Mini and is looking for a great place to have their car serviced.

My tech advisor Wendy was extremely nice and helpful.

My tech advisor Wendy was extremely nice and helpful.. The issues at the dealership had nothing to do with her. There wasn't anyone outside at the service door, so I had no direction where to go, or what to do.. I had to search for a service person to handle my appointment. The service took much longer than it should have. Over an hour to reset a computer glitch, and another hour to get the car back after that..

George and the team worked to get me my first choice Mini Countryman. They reached out to a dealer in Virginia. In a short week I’m in my Chili pepper red S All 4. I love my Mini. All paperwork, finance, insurance, DMV seamless.
