I brought my car in expecting to be there for a few

I brought my car in expecting to be there for a few hours. They were done in what felt like 30 minutes and even gave my dirty xxx car a wash. Definite return 👍

My experience wasn't entirely positive.

My experience wasn't entirely positive. I'm very happy with my car, but in the end, I felt pressured. We arrived at 4:30 pm and left at 9:30 pm, completely exhausted. Mervin Segovia was friendly and patient, explaining everything and trying to find a price that fit my budget. However, the wait in the financing department was extremely long and not very pleasant.

I enjoyed working with Sara in my initial test drive and

I enjoyed working with Sara in my initial test drive and sales process. Working with the sales manager was less than pleasant. I was in the dealership from 4:30-9:30 (they close at 9). It was the longest process of my life. Once I was in the finance manager's office, it was a quick finishing process.
