Ty was great, He showed me all of the options on the lot and the showroom, I drove a preowned car and a 2024 Crosstrek,. He educated me about the various features of the cars and did not pressure me as I was leaving the next day. When I returned I asked him if he could get me the car I wanted in the color I wanted..he said yes he could get it from another dealer and now I have a 2024 Crosstrek Limited with the options I wanted in Ice Silver!
