Write a reviewI am leaving a ZERO star rating for Car One in Murfreesboro TN!!!!! We went and test drove a truck in the pouring rain, the heater, defrost, a/c didn’t work, the heated seats didn’t work, electric seat switch was wired backwards…. Ect…with all that said, they said they would send it to the mechanic to get it fixed and let us know when it was back…. We called every day for a week to check on the truck and they kept saying it wasn’t back from the shop yet…..We told them we were going to pay with cash…. They sold the truck out from under us !!!!!! Never called!!! Nothing!!!! Never said anything about a deposit to hold it, nothing…. Just said they would let us know when it was back from the shop after it was fixed and they didn’t….. just sold it out from under us!!!! You don’t treat people like that!!!! Untrustworthy people!!!! This is what is wrong with society!!!!
