My daughter and I had to be at an appointment and Joe Machens Nissan transported us to and from the appointment while our vehicle was being serviced. The vehicle was clean, the driver was very friendly and they were very timely. I would highly recommend their service.

Car Rattle
My car had a rattle. It was very hard to hear where it was coming from. Took it to Joe Machens Nissan and the Service Manager (Kevin) and the service tech ( Matt) was able to locate the rattle and fix the problem. No more RATTLE!!! GREAT JOB BY THE MACHENS NISSAN CREW!!! Jeff

Excellent Service
Making the service appointment online was very simple. Once I arrived, we discussed maintenance items and options before the work began. Overall, the service was excellent. I have been a regular service customer of Machens Nissan since purchasing my truck from them 6 years ago.
