oil change
Get offers for maintenance items that are greatly over priced. Filters, batteries etc can be purchased elsewhere at a considerable savings. If prices were more reasonable I would get them from Machens.

Service completed
Service representative provided good explanation of issues and repair options. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Only issue was cost for power steering repairs which I chose not to complete at this time. Labor seemed high for the work needed for that task..

Super Service
The team was ready for my appointment and got me in promptly. We have a prepaid service package and everything was completed pe4 the agreement. Because we had just returned from a lon* trip we had the car cleaned and detailed a week ago. The service person said it was so clean they did not have to wash and detail so she provided a card for a free car wash.
