This family owned and operated business is like no other! I have known this family for years and they made the car buying process a breeze. Tyler genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are taken care of throughout the whole process! The quality and condition of the car they sold me is excellent and I would recommend their services to anyone!

Wonderful buying experience! We drove 3 hours to see the car and are so glad we did. No pressure. Very knowledgeable, especially on BMW's. This dealer is owned and run by a great car enthusiast family. If you see they have a car you like, call them, we did and could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. My wife and I not only left with a new car but with new friends as well.

I? went to Tyler (lead salesman) with a very difficult to obtain, premium car that was at a price that would be hard to find and he came back with a car that was even better than what I? was expecting him to find. This is not just a normal car dealer that finds a car and immediately turns I?t around to make a profit. This dealer is primarily an automotive repair shop who also sells cars. That means that they know if there is an issue before the car is even bought and will repair every problem that they know of before the car is even put on the lot. This is a 3rd generation family owned shop, and you will probably meet every member of the family during the buying process. They all are automotive enthusiast who genuinely care about their cars and the cars they are selling. I? could not recommend a better dealer and I? have sent a number of people to them who have had a specific car in mind and they too have bought from them, and I? can guarantee they would say the same. So if you want a car that you can depend on off of the lot then I? urge you to check these guys out. I? promise that you won?t have a better experience anywhere else!

This is not your typical used car dealership where you are greeted by a guy in a fancy suit and sit you down with the four square scam tactic. I spoke with the owner Tyler several times before i decided to put a deposit down and fly 2 hrs to pick up the car. Tyler is first and foremost a MECHANIC, not a salesman so all the cars in the lot is hand picked and inspected by JVB Auto before putting it out for sale. It gave me a peace of mind knowing that it is a 3rd generation family business (you gotta be doing something right to do it this long) and that the family are all automotive enthusiasts. My car had no problem making the 800+ miles trip back up north, before I left, their service was above and beyond where they help me drop off my rental car at the return location. Thank you Tyler and your family again for such an awesome car and a wonderful experience.
