Please stay away. Look at all their negative reviews. These guys rip me off like they do so many others. Don’t buy a car from them or get your car serviced. They ripped me off $8600. They charged me nearly $4000 to get a fan motor working for the interior.

Transmission died in Omaha. We live in Kansas City area. Started calling dealers (due to extended warranty). Everyone said, "See you in August". Rae told us to come on in, they'd get us in that day. She also gave us the name of a tow truck driver that was great (Triple T Towing) They checked and also found that repairs could be weeks away. Jill spent the next two hours trying to talk to any and everyone to try to either get them to fix it or allow the extended warranty to cover them fixing. She had tons of other work to do and could have told us it wasn't her problem but she made it so. In the end, Jill found a dealer that should be able to fix it before the end of the month. Hubby had to drive up to rescue us. He wouldn't get there until after we left. Jill emptied her car. She loaded up all of our stuff and took us to Mama's Pizza. She didn't just drop us off at the door.. She checked with them that we could stay awhile and helped us drag everything in. Both of those ladies did their job above and beyond. The mechanics we talked to while we were there were focused on doing their best job.

I am still working with Ted to find a car that fits my needs and is cost-effective. I look forward to a final purchase on the weekend of August 15.

A couple of months ago, I was involved in an accident which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. I contacted Ted right away. Unique Auto has body shop facilities so I had towed to his location. After contacting my insurance company, Ted assisted me through their processes then to find a suitable replacement. He was able to find a great replacement. The Unique Auto staff was very helpful through out the process! Thanks!

I've got nothing but positive things to say about Unique Auto and it's owner Ted. At no point throughout the buying process did I feel pressured. I had come from a LONG way out of town, about a 10-hour drive by the time I figured in Minnesota weather, and before I left Ted and his guys went through and did one last exhaustive check through the vehicle to make ABSOLUTELY sure that I wouldn't have a problem on the way back, and I can't thank him enough for that, on the way back I saw 30+ cars in the ditch or accidents on the way back. I would recommend Unique Auto to anyone, anytime, and have already started doing so to co-workers and family. Go give them a visit, you won't be disappointed. :)

My wife and I bought our Acadia from Ted. It was not a vehicle he had in stock but he was able to find exactly what my wife wanted at a price that better then others we had looked at elsewhere. He also helped us set up financing.Everyone that works at Unique are friendly and great to work with.

Ted and Vince are great to work with. They have worked on our cars, sold us a car, and purchased a used car from us. Ted (owner) is very helpful and honest. As a woman, I have never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of because of my lack of car maintenance knowledge. Ted helped me get a great interest rate on a car we purchased from him- he also got me in touch with and assisted in refinancing another car that had a higher interest rate. Great guys!

We were looking for a car for our teenage daughter and a friend recommended Unique Auto. I'm so glad they did! Unique Auto was honest and easy to work with and we are very happy with the car.
