I was treated with respect and fairly. I was very impressed with their head to toe warranty and how their finance department presented the different options. It was an easy decision to choose their platinum coverage and it was reasonable. I would highly recommend Ken Pollock dealership to anyone! Great staff!

We found our vehicle online and contacted the dealership. We already had our financing in order and did not have a trade. We basically told them that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and made an appointment for three days later to sign papers and pick up the vehicle. We arrived 10 minutes early to find that the vehicle wasn’t ready yet. Then, we found that our financing info had never been given to the financing department (this had been emailed on day 1) so he had to completely redo that as well. We ended up being at the dealership for about an hour and a half, but should have been in and out in about a half hour. Everyone we dealt with was very nice but the operation seems a little unorganized. We would deal with this dealership again in the future if they had a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in.

Zach was a fantastic salesman to deal with! I went in with a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to test drive and he never made me feel pressured into buying once! We even took it for a 2nd drive before deciding that was the one. After purchase, he made sure that I had a reliable car, and if I needed anything else at all to just let him know. Most sales people don't go above and beyond the sale, but Zach absolutely did! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle with friendly, courteous staff!!!
