I’ve spent thousands here,I bought a new truck 6 months...
I’ve spent thousands here,I bought a new truck 6 months ago and a 2014/Honda 4=weeks ago,,,I had a 2016 Cruze in a couple years ago,,it also had a new battery,they put it in,,anyway my car stopped on my wife ,I had to go pick her up..it was so hot I called and ask if they could check my battery if I brought just the battery out,they said yes,when I got there which is 15 miles the guy said they wouldn’t check it unless it was in the car,itvhas a warranty on it,,,I checked it every which was possible,it’s bad,I’m not stupid,I can’t believe you wouldn’t check it for yourselves,,part of the reasons I buy there is I loved your service,not anymore,I always bragged about your service my kids also bought from you,,I’m very disappointed and frustrated,because of this I will no longer buy from you or recommend you

You told me the same thing the other guy did exactly ,I don’t know why. You also said you’d like the opportunity to turn things around, you didn’t even try.

I’m not changing my review,I’m not gonna be satisfied till you take care of the battery problem,I should have been told if you checked my battery and it was bad,I wouldn’t have to pay for checking the charging system ,but I wasn’t.

Best buying Experience I've had
My wife and I went to find a new truck and David Sonnino came out and greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. He was genuinely concerned on what I was looking for in a truck and was ready to help us. After finding the exact truck we were looking for David was very through about the process from beginning of the deal to the end of the deal. David didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need or want and was not pushy at all during our time purchasing our truck. Then the financing part with Patrick went seamless and Patrick was very thorough, professional and was wonderful too work with on that piece. My overall experience was incredible and highly recommended Jeff Schmitt Beavercreek for any car purchase you may interested in.

Quality Experience & Good People
I had been looking for a truck for quite some time. I had done my research and I had read reviews that spoke highly of Tyler Anderson (Sales Consultant) and Dennis Morrow (Business Manager) at Jeff Schmitt. When I went to the dealership, I asked for both by name. I am grateful that I did. Tyler and Dennis were friendly, helpful, and professional. Moreover, both were genuine and down-to-earth. I took my Ford Fusion in to get an appraisal of the trade in value and walked out with a certified pre owned truck. David Sonnino was great! His friendly patience, knowledge, explanations and simplifying of everything made this the best experience for me yet. He was understanding of my needs and found me my new truck. The truck I wanted and the one that is within my budget he got me! I am glad that I called Ashley Clouse and received the answers I was seeking and, in turn, led me to Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet East. I am so glad I went there and not somewhere else. I have had unpleasant experiences at other dealerships and was sold nightmares that, at the time, seemed like a good purchases.
