Don’t waste your time. Drove 50 min to find out the car was scratched and they would give me almost 5,000 under Kelly blue book for my trade in and wouldn’t budge on the price of the car on the lot. Go somewhere your time and business is appreciated.

My husband and I walked around the lot looking at vehicles for about 25 mins and none of the salesman came out to help us. We could see them standing around inside, just looking at us. We left and drove across the highway to the Nissan dealer and asked the salesman Jeremy to come sell us a car on the Chevy lot. He was happy to help...but it’s pretty pathetic we had to go find our own salesman from another lot. There was one other customer there that day, and multiple salesman. Poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer. Our paperwork was also botched and they had to run our credit a second time and rework all the numbers because they didn’t do it right the first time.

Kevin Brackens did a wonderful job in helping us in buying our new trucks. He's a very down to earth, and kind man. I would say if you visit this location look for him!

Scott Kiever is my go to guy. He sold me my first Colorado after I broke my neck in 3 places on black ice. I believer that with God's protection and the protection that I got from my 2004 Colorado with 316,000 on it was awesome. I love Colorado's and he found the perfect one for me. He did not try to sell me on the truck but sold me on the reasons why this would be a great truck for me, I need safety first as I travel about 60 miles a day to work, so in the winter I need a good truck with 4wd. It was another great experience with Scott! He is the best and will listen to your concerns as well as try to make you feel good about buying at Jeff Schmidt.

I don't usually write reviews but had such a good experience I had to write one. I bought a 2019 Traverse from Scott Martin. I am from Indiana, and Scott made the buying process very easy. He also did not push anything I did not want. If I lived in Ohio I would buy all my cars from him. Would highly recommend!

Scott Kiever was our sales rep for this purchase. He was kind enough to set us up for a test drive very quickly so we could make a solid decision about our purchase. The buying process was fairly quick and painless considering what the normal process of buying a new vehicle can be. Scott was very well informed of the features on the 2021 Blazer and put us at ease with all the new technology it has to offer.
