Tom's Trucks

I will never consider this dealership again. They act like they don't care about selling cars or helping customers. I visited the dealership to check out a few diesel trucks. There were 3 salesmen there and not one of them wanted to get out of their chairs to help me. They acted like the customer is nuisance. The pics look good online, but the place is a dump. Looks like a bottom-of-the barrel, last resort type of place to go find a truck. Do not waste your time with these jokers.

Attempted to contact Tom's Trucks multiple times to get additional information and pictures. Also tried to setup a time for in person inspection and test drive. Absolutely no response from this dealer. They don't seem to be motivated sellers, even to serious buyers. Customer assistance is non-existent!!

Sales personnel was pleasant and gave answers that was relevant to my concerns , positive experience , thank you for the reach out!!

Terrible dealer won’t reach out after I asked questions about it. This isn’t the first time either

Loved the fact they had alot of trucks but waited so long for someone to get back to me and still waiting so will look somewhere eles for a truck

They never contacted me about the truck or more info about the truck so I wouldn't recommend them,very poor management

Bought a 30k suv and after driving off the lot a few hours later the cel light came on with multiple service lights. Come to find out they had reset it and did not fix anything that they said they had after we had test drive it a few days before. Refused to fix anything or honor anything. They try to hide everything that’s wrong along with not being honest. Typical shady dealer… Also be careful and check the car fax as they deal with a lot wrecked vehicles

The staff at Toms Trucks is A-1! I flew in from DC to purchase a truck. Staff met me at the airport and drove me over to the dealership. There the process was fast and easy. In and out. Great shopping experience!

These guys are absolute crooks!! I purchased a very expensive vehicle from them, I noticed a noise immediately and they said 'oh, it just needs bushings'. B/S!! It was not safe to drive and I ended up spending almost $2,000 in repairs just a few days after purchasing. It still needs more work, but they refused to help me. They took it to their mechanic, who did replace a couple parts but blamed my trusted mechanic for fixing stuff it didn't need. Problem is Tom's undercoated EVERYTHING, including all suspension parts so you couldn't tell by visual inspection anything was wrong. All parts replaced by my mechanic were steering related, which was the initial complaint (sloppy steering) and it STILL isn't fixed. Toms refuses to do anything more on it. These guys are complete crooks that need to be shut down. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

I have read all the reviews that include, Facebook, Google, Edmund's etc. First and foremost, I purchase everything from reviews. After researching and reading reviews for Tom Trucks, some are mostly ridiculous. These guys are very upfront and to the point! i seen where a few customers had claimed they were hiding frame damage by painting them, after reading the reply from these customers that had purchased a 22 and a 23-year-old trucks with over 200K. I drove 6 hours after receiving pictures and all information from a gentleman named Jim Fisher. He was very upfront with me and gave me all the info I personally needed to make an educated decision on a purchase. After arriving after a 6-hour drive, another gentleman meets me in the parking lot. He asks me if I were here to see someone, I replied to him Jim Fisher. He introduces himself as the manager (Doug) and assists me inside. This was where I was impressed by the professionalism of the employees. I was walked out to the truck I was interested in, which was pulled up. Jim walked around the truck with me then took my information and let me go alone. After returning we agreed upon a price and the rest was history SMOOTH AS SILK, there is an old saying, believe half of what you read & half of what you hear.
