Car is listed as a manual but is clearly an automatic. Automanual doesn’t make a car a manual.

The people were nice enough but they obviously were lying when they said the car was in great shape. The spark plug cap was literally being held on by zip ties and the oil valve gasket was leaking and let's not get started in the fact that the engine control module looks to be going out as well. I've had the car for a week so far. Run..from this dealership . They are obviously trained salesmen and are trained to feed you a bunch of xx just to make a sale. They should be ashamed of themselves

If I could leave negative stars for this crooked dealer I would. I found a good deal for a used 2008 Silverado on one of vehicle search engines. After speaking with Matt at the dealership, we went and looked at the vehicle for my 16 year old's first truck. Other than a few issues that you would expect from a 2008 vehicle, it appeared that it was in pretty good shape for the price. I had specifically asked Matt if there was anything else that I should know about the vehicle and was told no. After making the purchase I immediately scheduled a visit for our local mechanic to look it over, get an oil change, etc. It was a approximately 3 week wait to get it in. Once it went to the mechanic I immediately received a phone call that I needed to come and look at something because we had a problem. Once I got there, I was shown that the drivers side frame had so much rust damage that it was basically undriveable. In addition, the cross beam support in the rear of the vehicle was also rusted through. I immediately sent a text to Matt and was told that he was shocked that it had that much rust damage. I find it very hard to believe that they had no idea that the truck had this issue. After going round and round with Matt and my finance company, I'm basically stuck with a truck that can't be driven. I was even told that the Springfield Select Autos would work with me on possibly purchasing the truck back and we would purchase something else on the lot, but after getting very minimal responses I determined that I wasn't going to get anywhere. Plus, why would I trust Matt to actually sell me a functioning vehicle at this point? Overall, I got swindled by this crooked car dealer. Hopefully someone does their research and avoids purchasing anything from this dealer.

They sell junk cars tell you there going to fix them afterwards and then it takes for ever ! Matt the manager lies abs when your car breaks down doesn’t call you back! Then treat you like crap when you come in and talks down to you !

This place does not car about its customers what so ever..Purchased a car there and it has been the worst mistake I ever made. Don't let them tell you they will make it right by putting it on paper cause they won't. Didn't fix any of the problems they said they would and then talk to you like you are the problem. Trust me, stay away from this place or you will regret it

I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR GETTING ME A VERY NICE EQUINOX AND SAVED ME $1000s EVEN THOUGH I HAD BAD CREDIT. WAY NICER CAR AND LESS MONEY DOWN THAN THE LOCAL BUY HERE DIE HERE ...OR PAY HERE
