AARON HENTHORN WAS SUPERB.

AARON HENTHORN WAS SUPERB. HE NEVER FAILS TO GIVE 100% NO MATTER HOW LARGE OR HOW SMALL THE SERVICE JOB IS. I GO TO HIM EXCLUSIVELY WHEN HAVING ANY SERVICE PERFORMED ON OUR CAR. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I worked with Aaron and he was great, but it took 1.

I worked with Aaron and he was great, but it took 1.5 hours for an oil change that i had an appointment for. My appointment was for 11:30 and they didn't start on my car until 11:52, and they didn't get finished with it until 1pm. I did come in 20 min early which i am not bothered that i waited that extra 20 min, i just like to arrive early in case the appointment before me doesn’t show up. This is not the first time that i have waited a long time for a oil change to be done either, and its sad to say that i most likely wont be returning for oil changes as there are other places that only take 15-20 min. Chevy has also always filled up my tires with air in the past and this time they did not, as my low tire pressure light was still on. Besides that Aaron was great and is great with customer service, he did discount me for waiting for so long which was appreciated.

I’ve had some terrible dealership experiences, I basically had zero respect for car salesman. But the people at Everett Chevrolet helped me to to find my trust again. Thank you Erik! At Everett Chevrolet, There IS hope in the world!
