Michelle showed genuine concern for the issue and wanted

Michelle showed genuine concern for the issue and wanted to know more details. Both Michelle and Josh were enthusiastic and engaging to deal with. I can't recall that I've ever been able to discuss an issue directly with a tech before, for any make at any dealership. That really established a high level of trust to be able to talk with the actual person working on the vehicle before and after the repair/update process.

Knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable. Professional. Patient. I have little knowledge of this vehicle and do not drive it often. Mike Lawson was very patient explaining the process. The work was completed and I appreciated the evaluation of work to be done. However, I am getting Safety Recall notices on the Brake Pedal Connection from FCA. I was told it wasn’t necessary but FCA tells me that it exists in certain 2019 AR Stelio vehicles. Now what?
