Michelle showed genuine concern for the issue and wanted to know more details. Both Michelle and Josh were enthusiastic and engaging to deal with. I can't recall that I've ever been able to discuss an issue directly with a tech before, for any make at any dealership. That really established a high level of trust to be able to talk with the actual person working on the vehicle before and after the repair/update process.

The work was completed and I appreciated the evaluation of work to be done. However, I am getting Safety Recall notices on the Brake Pedal Connection from FCA. I was told it wasn’t necessary but FCA tells me that it exists in certain 2019 AR Stelio vehicles. Now what?
