Taking advantage of 89 yr old

The car advertised was not avalable when I came in with MY 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER to purchase the car. We called ahead to make sure the car was available and was told that it was still in stock....IT WASN'T. My mom was shown a Toyota Camry with body damage but was assured that the car would be mechanically sound and that the body work would be completed when the body parts came in. The car was dropped off to be repaired. The grill is still cracked and the front bumper above it has a piece missing. How could this be acceptable? My Mom put a sizeable down payment on the car. This is wrong on so many levels.

Stolen gold chain missing from my Toyota 4 runner

This a follow up with my complaint it was about or around 8/22 13:30p in the afternoon is when I went to Toyota on Taunton avenue e. Providence

What a nightmare

I recently bought a car from Graco Toyota and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They started lying from the beginning with changing the price after I signed papers. They sold me a car with a melted dashboard and refused to fix it. They also reported to Carfax that they did oil changes and cabin filter changes which they didn't either. This is the worst experience of my life.

Poor customer service

I made anappointment to see advertised car. Three different people called to confirm. A text message came an hour before appointment. Got there and car had been sold day before. Tried to sell me something else. Walked out . Car is still being advertised

Totally Dishonest and Fraudulent

Totally dishonest and not reputable. They confirmed over the phone they had a vehicle I was interested in and when I got there the vehicle did not exist and they tried talking me into a lower model. The sales manager Richard tried to say I spoke with the Corporate office which I did not - it was a local number. He told me they will say anything to get a customer in the door. I would run away from this dealership!!!!!!

A better kind of experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Bruce Coppola who was very engaging and thoughtful, assessing and actually listening to our needs & preferences for a vehicle. Bruce was very knowledgable about Toyota products, in our case the 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid, which we decided to purchase. He was patiently informative, skillfully promoting the features & function of the RAV 4. There were no uncomfortable "hard sell" tactics. We truly appreciate Bruce's professionalism as exhibited by his thorough, direct and honest interaction. He also has a great sense of humor. Bruce introduced us to Sandra Szumita, Business Manager, who educated us about warranty options, etc. We left the dealership relaxed & pleased, a refreshing change from the usual frustration & exhaustion of a vehicle purchase. We will share our positive experience with our family & friends!

Buying a Corvette

On Saturday I rented a car and came down from Vermont and Bruce Coppola went over and above my expectations. First of all he picked me up at the car rental place and brought me to the dealership showed me the Corvette that was in the show room that I was planning on purchasing was not a pushy salesman and help me through the whole process including a test drive. When I left he told me to follow him and he would get me back to the interstate headed to Vermont.. very very pleasant personality and I would come back to the dealership and deal with him again. Thank you Bruce.

Very dishonest people

They are very dishonest people they waited 3 months to process a check of mine that they never deposited into their account and called me 3 months later and told me that I bounced a check and was threatened by the salesman that if I didn't pay it he would have me arrested when the fact of the matter was they never process the check he gave me back the check yesterday with it unsigned and nothing to State on the back of it that was ever deposited. On top of that they damage the car I brought and haven't made good on it yet that is also 3 months later I am calling the attorney general's office this morning and having them rectify the situation I'm also calling my insurance company to put in a claim as my attorney advised me to do because of them not still waiting to repair my vehicle after damaging it when it was serviced. I will never deal with these people again.

Accuracy and respect for the costumer, be transpar

They have a price in website diferente than in person. And the cars they have used not good condition. Paid a lot of many for used car and I’m going many times for the same problem
