Misleading advertising

Disappointed in this dealership. Saw a Tacoma listed online stating the price was going to be $3,000 below msrp including Toyota’s national $1,000 cash back offer. Seemed like an excellent deal. So I drove 45 mins each way to go see the truck only to find out that there’s a $6,000 dollar accessory package installed on the truck. That would have been fine if it was mentioned anywhere on their website or any on the other listing sites. It felt like I was being scammed with a bait and switch. If your pictures of a truck for sale include added accessories you should include that information in your description so people don’t waste their valuable time.

Do not do business with Grieco Toyota at all

I recently bought a vehicle last month from Grieco Toyota. I have bought many vehicles and Grieco Toyota is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a practically brand new vehicle with only one sets of keys (very expensive keys) as it is a push start and wheel locks on the vehicle without the wheel lock key. I had bought the vehicle with the understanding that it came with the 2nd set of keys and wheel lock key. It has been over a month now with the dealer not helping at all fix the situation. The used vehicle manager had promised to get me these items and then to find out he left the company and the general manager said he would not honor this since he left. Grieco Toyota's general manager spoke with me in a very condescending way and promised to call back a half hour later to solve my issues. After having to get Toyota Corporate involved at least three times the general manger or anyone from Grieco Toyota has reached out to get my the items due to me. Beware do not do business with this dealership. Very shady dealership with poor customer service.

Bad quote and messy work

Quote for 136 total on the phine for brake fluid flush and ended up paying 148. Wasn't gonna waste my day over $12. Drove home and check under the hood. The engine compartment had brake fluid spilled everywhere and brake fluid way over filled to the brim. Overall really bad quality service

Poor corporate customer service

I spoke with a lady this morning regarding my complaint regarding the purchase process for my sisters vehicle. I told her that what her company could do to fix this situation was to have the service department look at my sisters vehicle to see if the timing belt had been replaced, if not, i wanted it done at their cost not my sisters as per the owners Manuel it was to be done at 90k miles. I was told she would call the dealership and get it taken care of. I then asked for her to call my sister as she has the vehicle. I just got a call from my sister in tears because the lady was nothing but rude and belittling. Telling my sister there is no way for the service department to repair the belt (which we know. Thats why we asked for it to be replaced) and that we should have negotiated that at the time of purchase. Per my review and my conversation with the lady every attempt we made to negotiate anything was met with a hard no. That lady then told my sister she shouldnt have bought the vehicle and should have gone else where. My sister didnt have time nor money to go anywhere else. That was the only vehicle within her budget and she needed a vehicle as she works in a different state and uber would have been too expensive. This is NOT how a company should be conducting business nor is this how you treat a customer or try to correct a situation. Your sales employee calling my sister and trying to force her to have the review taken down is poor business as well.

Rebecca was awesome!

Buying my vehicle from Grieco Toyota along with the assistance of Rebecca Carriero was simply fantastic. Rebecca was very friendly, efficient, and professional. She was very responsive to my text messages and phone calls throughout the entire buying process. Shortly after buying my car, my car needed an alignment which Grieco covered without issue or cost. Not only did I get an unbeatable deal but the buying experience was excellent. The icing on the cake was receiving a call from one of the owners claiming I could give her a call with any comments, questions, or concerns. I am glad I bought my vehicle from Grieco. Highly recommended dealership.

Eddy is the Best !!

Eddy was straight forward not pushy at all. Answered all my questions. Everyone must ask for him! Staff is very polite. Even offered coffee and snacks. Great buying experience !!

Best Purchasing Experience !!

Eddy from sales and Ron from service are a asset to this company, no pressure at all and the environment felt good. They exceeded my needs, but most importantly I was in and out within 2 hours. My first experience buying a car was terrible, but after dealing Grieco, I will def recommend my friends and family and I?ll be back for my 2nd purchase at Grieco for sure. I am a customer for life!
