Drove from PA to Virgina to look at car (2009 Saab 9-3 SportCombi, they knew I'd be there and what time. I talked to them all week preparing to go buy car. Not only was the car not ready at the location, they didn't even wash it, So much dirt I couldn't tell the condition of the paint, but after they didn't disclose dents on roof, dents on drivers side. (even after explicitelyu asking them if there were dents or door dings), I was pissed! To top it off, on the first drive, it's engine is missing so bad it's almost un-driveable. Bucking and zero power. I was scared I wouldn't make it back to their lot... Totally dishonest in the representation for a premium price. Took a total of 5 minutes to realize I was lied to about condition and they didn't care I drove 6 hours to see the car. Not a happy person.

I initally thought the prices were a bit high, but once Jasper explained all the services and work that had already been done on the car, I felt much more confident in the value he was super helpful, patient, and made the car buying process smooth and stress-free. Rose in finance was also amazing and helped me get into a car. Highly recommend JDM if you're looking for great service and a team that really cares!
