I bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Crain Hyundai of Fort

I bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith early in 2023. I bought it on a Saturday, and by Monday, I had to return it back to the dealership because the check engine light had come on. They kept it for a few weeks replacing the O2 sensors and catalytic converter. When I got it back, it ran for a little bit, but then the check engine light came back on. They had to replace the O2 sensors again. I drove it for MAYBE two months after, and the check engine light came on a THIRD time - needed total engine replacement. This took about TWO MONTHS to complete, during which time they drug their feet on even getting us a rental car. Now, here in May of 2024, just over a year since I bought the car, the check engine light is back on AGAIN, and apparently the catalytic converter needs to be replaced yet again. This dealership - and Hyundai as a whole, as far as I’m concerned- is not worth your money or time. My husband and I have bought our last three cars from Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith, but now I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. The employees from the bottom to the top do not care about the vehicles they sell you or the faulty parts they put on them. I have a child with medical issues, and my family NEEDS a reliable car to get my kid to all his appointments, and instead, Crain Hyundai sold me a lemon. I absolutely would not recommend even thinking about buying a car from this dealership. It’s not worth all the trouble. Find a dealership that actually cares about their customers.

Terrible experience with this dealership and it's sister

Terrible experience with this dealership and it's sister dealership. Several salesmen at both dealerships identified vehicles as new when in fact they had been used. Actually, almost made a purchase agreement on vehicle that was used but identified as new. Only caught the problem when higher (used) interest rate came up just prior to signing agreement.

Sabastion V sold me my first ever newer car on June 2021. He was fabulous but the finance guy was a jerk and they let me almost drive off the lot without lug nuts.

Excellent salesman’s highly recommended

Our salesman Daniel was a outstanding salesman’s he wasn’t pushy and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase we would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle he also has called numerous times to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase!!!!!!!!

The place to buy your next car!

They are the best! From the detail shop to upper management they treat you like family. I wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else for new or used car. By far the best dealership around.

This establishment only wants every dollar they can weasel out of you. Will do all they can to use employees, customers to benefit them (management)

The worst sales team I’ve ever encountered

I’ve never had a dealership literally tell me they will not sell me a vehicle when offering to pay the listed sales price in full. Apparently the manger doesn’t know how to do his job and gave “too much” for the vehicle 4 months ago. I was told I had to finance with them to get the truck, so they could get kick backs off of their mess up. Another Crain dealer told me this dealer would actually be financing 4k more than listed price... Shady. End result being, I get screwed over for their mess up. Snakes. What a joke.

Don't go anywhere else

Best dealership I have ever worked with. They have it all; inventory, service, customer service and satisfaction after the sale. Joe Pulliam makes this dealership, without him it would all fall a part.
