HOLA : Porfavor borrar si no es permitido , solo quiero poner en alerta a todas las personas que buscamos carros , que jamas vallan a este lugar , mi amiga compro un carro cash, ellos me dijieron que llevara el carro para arreglarlo de una luz y rayones, despues de 1 mes que no se lo querian entregar fue y tuvo que llamar a la policia jamas le arreglaron el carro , ella confie en ellos y mas porque estaban haciendo ayuno para DIOS , PERO VEO QUE ELLOS SON HIPORITAS Y SOLO ROBAN A PERSONAS HONESTAN QUE TRABAJAMOS PARA COMPRAR NUESTRAS COSAS , QUE VERGUENZA QUE POR $300 0 500 maximo de una luz NO TENGAN PALABRA DE HOMBRES SINO DE PAYASOS ,QUE VERGUENZA SER LA MAMA SE ELLOS !!!! SON LOS QUE ESTAN SENTADOS ALA ENTRAR DEL DEALER ! asco de personas !!!!

Adam was great he took care of me and made sure all my needs were met he even took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and show me around my new SUV. I had a ton of questions and concerns, and Adam did his thing he answered all my questions and when he didn't know he was honest to me and did his best to find out the correct answer. I was so happy with my purchase that the next day my father and I came back and he purchased a jeep from Adam that he saw when I got my truck. DO NOT BUY HERE! I worked with David and was guaranteed multiple times that the car I was buying had no issues. I asked many times if there were chips, scratches, dents, etc, and was told no. Arrived from the airport to see that there is well over $5000 in paint issues alone. Oh, and the front bumper was being held on by a zip tie. The grill was being held together with electrical tape. David told me 15 minutes before I arrived that he would not be there and that someone else could help me. Only to find that person was not there either. Now off to deposit my downpayment check, only hoping that it is a good check. Oh, and now we just found out after arriving that there is fraud on my account. This place was the only place I gave that card to recently. Please note that this is also a very sketchy neighborhood. Was told by the Uber driver that we really shouldn't be there alone. He was nice enough to wait a but to make sure we were ok.

This dealer ship is AMAZING! These cars are clean and ready to go. I got all the respect in the world at this dealership! I definitely recommend. I will never go anywhere but this dealership.

This place is a scam my aunt and myself went in there to purchase a vehicle,the manager David is a very sneaky person,full of misleading information,he has faulty vehicles he sells locks u into undisclosed contracts,and is verbally abusive,I wouldn't send my worst enemy to buy any from this dealership,he physically attracted me in his office when I called his bluff and in the process of a court case over his scamming contracts

My car buying adventure started a few months ago. I've been on the search for my 2019 Audi a4 and finally found it here at Guaranteed Motors. I live in Alexandria, Virginia. I talked to David regarding getting the vehicle delivered, he gladly arranged shipping for the vehicle and my financing was done all online. By far the most pleasant car shopping experience I had is with Guaranteed. They fulfilled all there promises to me and made an easy process with in a few days after I signed my documents the shipping company they had arranged the transportation with called me to drop off the car to my house. There follow up with me on the financing to the vehicle delivery was extravagant.
