The communication when making an appointment was not good at all. The manager did call me back when I requested a call back to figure out what was going on and why the communication was so bad. I do appreciate that he called back, But he just made a lot of excuses. I told them when I made the appointment that I was driving an hour to see the vehicle. At no point in time did they disclose that their dealership only sells cars that have had previous issues such as crashes. That would’ve been nice to know upfront. I’ll be sure to do my research from now on. The day I viewed the vehicle, the salesman wasn’t able to negotiate because the sales manager was off. I was promised a call back the next day to discuss pricing. That was well over a week ago and I have not heard from anyone. No email, no call, no text…nothing. This was overall a very disappointing experience and I will definitely not be referring anyone to their dealership and will absolutely not be buying a car from them.

Sales staff (manager) was very helpful. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy my but in the end I made the decision not to buy the flex from them . I would have had to fly from western New York to Colorado to purchase the can and sight unseen got me nervous so I passed up the opportunity to buy the car
