I don’t even know how to start this but buying a car here has hands down been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought a 2020 Toyota Camry xse and from the start they have continuously lied to me starting with the wheels they said weren’t bent but then doubled back and had them all fixed cause they were in fact bent then they told me that the breaks i told them felt weird were good, come to find out all 4 calipers are about to go out (torn boots rusted and seeping break fluid which ran threw my break pads and now warped my rotors and they’re refusing to fix even tho I brought it up within the 30 days safety guarantee. (Their warranty guy said he personally would run with those calipers despite them obviously failing) then to top it all off the transmission whines which I have a warranty for and they’re straight up lying to me saying they don’t here it even tho I had it diagnosed and confirmed bad at a shop along with the breaks. There is metal shavings and the fluid is burnt and smells metallic even tho the fluid was just changed a month ago oh and when I bought the car they told me the whine was “normal for these cars” but now they don’t hear it supposedly. I would recommend if you get a car from here take it for a pre inspection cause they will try to get over on you if they can !

The salespeople were kinda and didn't pressure. It was a smooth and pretty fast transaction. They will work with you on price as well. Amie Hoff was our saleslady and she was great. However I was told that the battery, which was severely corroded. Tested okay and was cleaned up. It was not and still looked the exact same. Either way, I bought it as is and it's my fault for not checking again before pulling off the lot. It could have been forgotten about but I'm not trippin. I've got one too throw in it.

Very organized and clean dealership. But the car had been in an accident and they had painted it and buffed it and were selling the car as it as if it had never been in one. it may not have been reported, but it had definitely been in an accident.when I asked about the no haggle price guarantee they said they wouldn’t compare it to another Mazda that had been in an accident, even though I clearly had. Just another example of a dealership being dishonest. .. probably thought nobody would notice or the customer would be too stupid to notice.
