The service department is lacking customer first...
The service department is lacking customer first approach. Takes 20 minutes just to be seen when you have an appointment. Then it takes over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Then when you call to see if car is ready. They tell you to come pick it up, but when you get there they haven’t even started in it! I’ve had Toyota’s since 1998 and currently own 2.

Temecula Valley Toyota offers great service and fair pricing. I typically stay away from dealer service due to the high prices, but Temecula Valley offers service at a reasonable price and they have wonderful/friendly staff.
