First off, thanks to everyone that replied to me a little over a month ago. I have run all my credit reports and now have better scores after I contacted PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST as advised in the comment section. I had 4 federal student loans services by Edfinancial. I was dealing with health issues, was ignorant about how repayment worked, and I fell behind starting around December 2024. Part of the problem was that notices were going to an email address I never checked, so I did not realize how bad things had gotten until later. By May 2025, I realized I needed to start paying and I began making payments. which I paid for up to a year. my credit score still dropped to 430. When I first started paying again, it jumped to around 500 pretty quickly, but remained stagnant. As of this year 2026 this whole thing brought depression to my life, that led me to seeking for advice here, which in the comment some said i should pull my report from annual credit report and rebuilding from their but that didn't help a bit and so many also advised me to contact Pinnacle Credit Specialist but to be honest i do see all this as scam but this is the only option that worked for me so fast than i expected. Now in April 2026 sitting in 800+ across the three credit bureaus, my student loan delinquency history has been deleted but I don't know how they did it and they don't want to share with me how they did it. They said that's their little secret. This is something goodwill letters couldn't do for me. All thanks to Pinnacle Credit Specialist for making me happy this 2026. I purchased a 2021 Tundra online from Texas Auto Group. Deya, tyhe salesman, was super good - called me back promptly whenever I had a question, answered all the questions. There was no haggle on price, they came down just a little bit. I had a slight problem with the delivery, but again Deya stepped up and took care of it. Truck was delivered on a Saturday morning early. Looked it over, minor scratches and a windshield ding, but it's a 4 year old car, so no big deal. Driving around on Sunday, I attempt to open the sunroof, nothing happens. I climb up and look at the sunroof from the outside and there is rust all over the frame. I then look inside the truck at the sunroof controls, take the cover off, and there is no motor, housing, or even a bracket for same - it looks as if something got too hot and melted plastic parts that were in the area where the motor is supposed to be. I emailed Deya informing him of this, as it was never disclosed to me in the purchasing process. It's been over a week now and nothing. Unless TAG reaches out and offers a solution this will be my last experience with them.

I found this car online. I called in my sales associate was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He set an appointment up upon arrival at the dealership. He had the keys in hand car ready to go. I took it for a ride came back. Got me approved within 30 minutes. I was going down the street in my car on my dreams. I want to thank TX auto group for my car buying experience and the car in my dreams thank you guys very much.

I purchased a Tahoe 5 months ago. Was told everything was great. Paint, engine, ride, all good. Had the car shipped. When we got it, I had to put 10k into suspension and a list of things, that I was lied to about. 5 months later, the motor has blown up. Luckily I bought extended warranty through our bank, but I have to pay another 5k out of pocket, for parts that warranty doesn’t cover. This company is a disgrace. The google reviews are all fake, to flood out the bad reviews. Yelp reviews are numerous people who have suffered like me. When I called to try to get money back. They only offered 1k. When all is said and done, I’ll be close to 15k that I’ve had to put into this. Our conversation turned into yelling and he said, we don’t have any proof of money and things you’ve done, you probly blew it up! I asked for an email cause I have all records of everything I’ve done and prices from dealership, everything. Once I said that, the con artist said ok I’m done bye and wouldn’t give me his email address. These xxxx con artists, buy junk cars at an auction for cheap, then sell them full price and lie about it to out of state buyers. That’s there biggest business cause people have to take there word for it and they lie. Read there bbb.org and yelp reviews, ignore there fake Google reviews. Listen to everyones reviews. Alex said he would fill our tank as a thank you, out of his pocket and it was on empty when we got it. In a pic, I seen a leak and asked about it, he said the mechanics cleaned it up and fixed it. First thing I checked, untouched and is $1000 fix. They need to be shut down. Read yelp reviews, so many people in the same situation. We all should get money back or they should be shut down. Nothing but lying scamming con artists. Something needs to be done. Lawsuits or something it’s the last straw, they are out of control crooks!
