We were assisted by Alex Wong, who greeted us at our car.
We were assisted by Alex Wong, who greeted us at our car. We then explained the issues that we were having and he took note. Alex also went into the car history and saw that the vehicle was due for its maintenance check. After reviewing the history, it was determened the car was still under warranty. As a result of the warranty, their were no charges due on my behalf. Alex saved me hundreds of dollors. Thanks to you Alex Wong. Good job!

My service advisor, Diana Perez, was very helpful during my service visit on 4/18/23. I came in for an oil change, but technician found I needed to replace both my engine mounts. Diana was able to contact my extended warranty regarding my car's problem. She was very professional and courteous when I arrived at the service center.
