It’s important to maintain respectful communication,

It’s important to maintain respectful communication, especially in business. I have been pleased with this dealership and have shown loyalty through two car purchases. However, during a recent interaction with Shawn, I felt my loyalty was questioned. I was interested in a used car with a previous accident, and although there was room for negotiation, the deal didn’t work out. I believe my offer was fair and reasonable. While they may find success with others, I have decided to move on from this dealership. I was also called disrespectful for leaving a negative review which is beyond me. This review doesn’t reflect my experiences with Garrett. He’s kind and understanding. And it doesn’t reflect the service department which I’ve had no issues with.

I appreciate the quick service provided by the staff.

I appreciate the quick service provided by the staff. While I waited for my car to get serviced, I got to talk to a financial advisor about my GAP protection. She informed me all of the details and went over each plan 1 detail at a time. I got two services in one day. Thanks KIA!!

🤬 HORRIBLE!

🤬 HORRIBLE! DM KIA completed an ILLEGAL sale of a brand new 2023 Kia Soul to me. Purchased vehicle in December 2023. The vehicle sale was illegal because it was sold to me with a "dangerous tire". The right rear tire had a plug on the interior sidewall! Who did the state inspection on this car? Who did the pre-delivery inspection on this car? Do they have still have a job? Yes, I didn't discover it until 8 1/2 months later. it is by the grace of God and guardian angels that this tire hasn't exploded and caused serious damage/death. The Dealership put a "new" tire on it yesterday. I waited for hours and hours and hours for this to be done. I didn't get 2/3 of the way home before that tire (right rear/the new one ) started going flat. I was assured by the dealership that I would receive a phone call this morning. I did not. I called the dealership at 2:30 today. They said that they were sending a tow truck to get my car. At 4:30 they called me back to tell me a tow truck wouldn't be here till tomorrow. They refuse to give me something to drive while they have my car. I have never dealt with a car dealership that had this type of "customer service". If Customer service, courtesy vehicles and a competent Service Department is important to you, go elsewhere.

I can’t even began to tell you the lies and issues I am

I can’t even began to tell you the lies and issues I am currently going through with these folks for going on 4/5 months after I traded my suv with them. I have wasted so much time dealing with issue after issue after issue with the car I purchased from this place.I started noticing the car dripping oil in my driveway so I was told at first it was a loose oil filter which obviously was a lie because now it’s a turbo fan and some pipe plus my transmission is skipping!! I learned that after the last time the vehicle was left with them and the mechanic in there shop drove it with me up the street for a test drive so I can show him what I was talking about since everyone seemed to not notice! But he did he remembered my car as soon as he saw it. He said that he personally drove my car from the shop home and put a good 300 miles on the vehicle to try to find out what was going on with it!! So he personally told me that the car was no good and they needed to give me a different car. The car has been at there shop more than my own driveway. Please save yourself the time and stress of dealing with all I’ve been going through. The car started to fail not even 24hrs after I brought it home,I was sold a lemon from this place and they are trying to force me to keep it instead of giving me something of equal value or giving me my money back. The general manager I have emailed and requested to speak with is never available he never responded to my emails and I was told he is not even available for his own managers he has running the place. While I was there for my issue some other guy seemed to have been going through something similar so definitely do your homework on any cars they try to sell you or you may be like us. But I can go on and on and on about the stresses and inconvenience I’ve dealt with because of this place.

Awful customer service

This is the most unorganized car dealership I have ever dealt with. They knew we were coming to pick up the car and yet my second key was locked up and I had to wait til the next day to receive it. The car was filthy when we received it. It appears the tan it through a car wash instead of thoroughly cleaning it. The sign on the wall in the finance office has an incorrect email address on it so my tax bill was sent over and I thought my plates would be issued shortly after that. I called 2 weeks later and they told me that was not a valid email address and the girl was going to get my tags the next day. It is a week later and when I called their updated phone system and pushed 8 for their business office the phone hung up on me. I finally got through to someone who explained to me I can drive on an expired tag because the tag was good for 45 days. I run the risk of getting pulled over which is very inconvenient and yet the dealership explained to me that they don’t go to the dmv daily because it is inconvenient for them. They have now put me on hold and have just left me there. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend going to a different dealership, as this one only wants your money. They don’t even send out a survey to see how your experience was, like other dealerships.

My Go To For Kia Needs!

The service team entirely has been successful at providing proper ETA's as well as assuring all of my business needs are met! I'd always recommend others to this facility as the work environment is smooth and proper expectations are provided.

Mr. Aaron Nicholson the service was so kind,gentlemen and friendly. I was very comfortable while waiting. He was very attentive kept me informed during this process. I was very satisfied

My experience this time was excellent keep up the

My customer service consultant Dallas is excellent! He made this so easy. I was comfortable while waiting Dallas was very attentive kept me informed during this process. I'm very appreciative

Dont walk, run far far away

I have had an absolute terrible experience with Dutch Miller Kia. In Nov of 2021 I returned my Kia Optima and leased a Kia Sorento. Dutch Miller Kia mailed the "pay off" check for the optima to KIA FINANCE (THE ONLY LENDER THEY ALLOW YOU TO USE FOR LEASING aka YOU HAVE NO OPTION). Kia Finance lost the check and held me financially responsible for the Kia Optima (that I had returned to Kia in Mint Condition after successfully completing my lease) for months and utlimately turned me into the credit bureau for non/late payment (WHILE THEY OWED ME MONEY). NO ONE (Especially the manager Garrett) has expressed concern or sympathy for my credit score being affected due to an internal error on Kia Finance. Both Kia Finance and Dutch Miller Kia put the responsibility on me and when I was able to track down a copy of the lease and the pay off, ONLY then did they admit fault and cut me a check for the amount they had been taking from me for months. However, they never went back and cleared my name with the credit bureau and its been 15months of xxxx. If you are leasing, my honest suggestion is to go somewhere else. Garrett has been rude and continues to tell me he will help and connect me with his contact with Kia Finance, however I CONTINUALLY have to PHYSICALLY VISIT his office to get him to do anything and he tells me he will call me. He then calls me and blames me and when I suggest I am not happy with that result he hangs up on me. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
