We would like to share our experience with Sales Person Harley Lemaine. His Salesman Ship and Customer Focus are Outstanding and Very Professional. He listens to his customers needs. If he doesn't know an answer, he will follow up in Detail in a timely manor. Harley is a Great Asset to this dealership.

Great dealership friendly staff

Mike the GSM was great to deal with and understood my needs and wants. Mike the FM was great also but took a lot longer to get the paper work done. But it was after all a great experience. My sales Lady Ronide was the greatest of all she went out of her way to help get into the car I wanted and went the extra mile to help me get something to boost me up so I could see out of the car.

Awesome experience with a great team!!!

My wife, daughter and I purchase a 2021 Honda Passport from Coconut Point Honda last month. We met with Mike (sales) and Mike (finance). I can't say enough about how awesome our experience was with these two guys. They are both some of the most incredible, and kind folks to work with. It was a pleasure to meet you both. If you are looking for an awesome dealership to purchase your next vehicle, then you are in the right place. Do not hesitate and stop in today. Mike will immediately greet you and provide you with any of the answers you may have when looking at vehicles. We arrived at the dealership with no financing setup yet, and a trade-in to process. They knocked both of these out SAME DAY! Thanks again guys!!!

Worst car sales experience ever

Multiple sales people lied about availability, condition, and pricing of vehicle. Back and forth games were the worst in my life and I’ve purchased many cars. Sales person would walk away from the table while I was still mid-sentence more than 4 times. Would never do business here in the future.

I dread buying a car. all the back and forth with...

I dread buying a car. all the back and forth with management is maddening. it took hours for them to come to the price I could afford. I went in with a trade, a down payment and the amount I could pay monthly. the salesman and the finance man were kind. Not so the manager Chris. He eventually met me at the number I was looking for but not until he tried every which way to get as much as he could. I understand everyone wants to earn a profit. It was his condescending demeanor that was unprofessional. The finance man Mike was very pleasant.

Terrible customer/veteran care and very misleading

Worst experience ever at a car dealership. Car was advertised as certified pre-owened. Price was reduced with a line passing through it to indicate further reduction. No, just a ploy to get you to come in “confirmed by sales associated”. During financing, Frizt, the arrogant finance manager indicated the only discount he would offer was $500 for being a veteran. Once he returned with the offer, he only gave $400 and added and additional fee of $1680 for certified preowned. Even though it was advertised as such. Informed Frits that I did not want the certification then and so he went off to create another offer. Upon return he said he can’t give the $500 and only proved $400 and that was contingent on me buying a $1400 5/60 warranty. Didn’t want warranty so was I formed no deal. Walked out and later called store manager. He was no better and sent over a worse offer without any discounts including the advertised. “Read your contract closely if you decide to shop there” Took pictures and have documented proof

Stay away, very misleading and will attempt to take advantage of you in financing. Would not honor advertised price nor vet discount unless purchased warranty.
