Super service with great staff and facilities Will be back again. Price was fair, Shane (my advisor) sent me a text to keep me posted. The car was washed and tires dressed all of which was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

The entire team at Flow Volkswagen of Wilmington made our car buying experience a pleasure. Same day appointment and greeted immediately upon arrival. The entire process from selecting a car to leaving with a new car only took about 2 hours. Every step of the purchase process was explained in detail and we were continually updated on the progress. Super courteous! Super knowledgeable!

We were greeted with a smile . Marshall made our experience buying a car easy. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we went to sign the papers. He explained everything on the car thoroughly. We were very satisfied. Would buy another car at Flow in the future.

I was greeted promptly, courteously and the check in was very efficient and thorough. The waiting area is very comfortable and I was kept up to date on the progress with my car. My car was ready in less than the estimated time.

Dashboard a carnival of lights topped off with a key not coming out of the ignition. Thankfully, I got the key out and did not have to sleep in the car overnight. Called Flow in the morning and they said to bring it right in so I would not have to worry about sleeping in the car. I was relieved to know it was safe for me to drive it to the dealership. It was late on Friday, but they got me a loaner car as the new piece would have to come from the factory. There was no stress in the whole process and time was taken to show me how to operate the controls on the loaner. I was out of Flow in 15 minutes. As the piece was on back order they updated me every week. When the piece came in, they installed the piece, made the needed repairs and shined my car up and gave me a call. Once again, I was in and out of the dealership. The loaner car was a beauty, but I was so happy to see my little red beetle. I can not thank them enough...they made what could of been very stressful times...stress free.

I was greeted before i stepped out of my vehicle Even though I did not have it I was treated with respect Michael was Very professional . made sure I was taken care of and got my vehicle in tiptop shape before I left the store he also came back and asked me if I had time for a car wash and vacuum. You can’t get that kind of service in Jacksonville NC
